According to the Labour Law in Hong Kong, a Foreign domestic helpers under a contract is entitled to not less than one rest day(24 hours) in every period of seven days.  You are not obliged but may work voluntarily on rest days.

And also according to the Immigration law in Hong Kong, you are restricted to stay only at the address as stated in your employment contract then stay overnight at outside would not be accepted.

For your own safety and insurance coverage reason, you are highly recommended to be home by 9:00p.m.<時間自己更改>
